I’m sorry to hear that! There have been occasions where Google seems to sweep-suspend listings without any seeming rhyme or reason so it can certainly be hard to pin down what went wrong. Lastly, have you applied for reinstatement formally through Google’s form? Regardless of why your business listing was suspending, you’ll need to follow that process: https://support.google.com/business/troubleshooter/2690129?p=reinstatement_request&rd=1.

If you post on the GMB forum a Product Expert may be able to escalate the issue for you, and Local Search Forum is generally useful for advice on these more nuanced matters.

I have read the guidelines. i’ve read your article multiple times and i’m still stuck.. it’d be nice if they told you why it was suspended. I am a mobile repair shop and don’t have a physical location, but have a service area. Google is no help at all, i’m at a loss.

A domain swap can trigger a suspension, yes. There is no SLA on reinstatements, currently they are about 72 hours. You will just need to be patient.

Recently we linked new website with high organic traffic to our list instead the built-in one from Google .do you think this the reason for suspension? I have a suspended business listing. I believe it’s because of a duplicate old listing which an employee had made at one time. I’ve explained that to Google in the reinstatement appeal. It’s been more than a month and they haven’t resolved. What else can I do. Apparently there’s no way to contact them and rush them.
