For those of us who work in local SEO, either in an agency or as a consultant, the value, benefits & importance of mobile marketing are widely appreciated.
Consumers are using mobile devices more frequently to search for local businesses, and SMBs who don’t capitalise on this will get left behind. Of course, it’s not always easy to convince an SMB about new areas to invest in, but in this case there’s a lot of supporting data which makes the case for mobile almost impossible to argue against!
Stats to prove that mobile is key for local businesses
We’ve curated a vast array of stats which we think build the most compelling argument for investing in mobile. We’ve used many of these stats ourselves in our own blog posts & presentations, and we hope they will be useful to you also.
To make the list more beneficial, we’ve produced a set of unbranded graphics which illustrate each statistic. These can be downloaded and reused as you see fit. They don’t mention BrightLocal (unless we are the source of the stat) and there is no obligation to reference us or link to us when you use them.
Whilst we’ve picked out what we think are the 10 most powerful stats, there are a full set of 18 stats that can be downloaded in the attachment! The full set can be accessed here: Stats That Prove the Power of Mobile Marketing.
